How can we improve New Mail?

Missing E- Mails

In my inbox, Mails between 2nd July to 24th August 2018 are missing.
Can you please restore the same.

    for the past year, my inbox simply removes some of my mail

    My email all dissapear and became zero. Ihave this account for mor ethan 10 years but recently signed in and all of my mails are gone. Can somebody tell me what happen and how to get it back?????

    All but three of my email from between September 2017 to September 2018 have disappeared when I try to find them! The year between May 2016 and April 2017 has disappeared as well. It appears others have this issue as well, but Yahoo has yet to provide a comprehensive solution. Please have this fixed both for me now and for a permanent fix to the issue.

    all my emails have been deleted (or at least they dont appear on my mailbox) from my account, could you please tell me why? there are photos and memories of my children

    Yahoo removed all of my emails older than one year old. That was HORRIBLE!

    "New" Mail apparently means, at least for me, that my entire mailbox got erased. There is absolutely nothing in my entire mail -- 20 years of inbox, gone. No spam, no trash. I don't appear to be receiving current e-mails. It is a big empty space, and Yahoo makes absolutely zero provision for helping someone when it -- not me -- took down everything in my account. I think it would be safe to call me NOT A FAN of "New Mail."

    Atleast 3 years mails should be kept active. In my case 2011 mails have been kept but not of 2019 and 2018. This looks ludicrous

    Hi there. Can I suggest you don't lose my emails? I can't find anything in my inbox from before 2011, although my sent folder seems unaffected. Could you please get me my mail back? Thanks
