Missing E- Mails

In my inbox, Mails between 2nd July to 24th August 2018 are missing.
Can you please restore the same.

    Ever since being forced to upgrade to the new Yahoo Mail, I have found that the topmost message in my inbox often gets deleted somehow. I have not found a means to reliably reproduce it, but the same message has been deleted three times today, requiring me to retrieve it from the trash folder. Please fix whatever is causing this error before I lose something truly important!

    My entire mail account is EMPTY. I get a hundred spam messages a day, yet my inbox, junk, and trash are all empty, as are my sent folders. I have had this email account since 1995 and you erased every important email I have saved since then and have denied me access to everything sent to me. What the ****?

    Anything deleted should be in the Trash folder, undeletable back to drafts like any other folder.

    BTW, messages that refuse to send should return an error code, not just hang.

    I was having same issue with my emails missing once read. They were either in spam or trash folder. If you go there before they are deleted you should find the missing/disappearing email.

    Earlier whenever I was sending email, one copy was saved in SENT folder, but recently I noticed that Now it is not being saved. Yahoo please do something. I want all messages which I am sending should get saved in SENT folder.

    All of my old emails are gone, only a few left after October 2018. please bring my emails back.

    I just organized all my emails in mail on my Mac and now many ended up in the wrong files or deleted on my phone. I went back to my Mac and they were there until it synced w my phone and now they are gone. My idea is don’t do this. Some very important emails are now gone.

    Yahoo is the worst email account that I am using.

    Where are my emails? I can see that many others have posted that they are missing emails. I too have lost important emails. Where have they gone.

    I can see that emails exist somewhere as if I go to the search engine for a particualr email address it tells me how many there are and between whihc dates. I just can't see them / have access to them.

    Is Yahoo doing anything about this issue?

    I have been a loyal yahoo email user...almost twenty years and have been a Mail pro customer for about 5 or 6. I am missing months of emails, across all folders, and it is not related to user error. This has happened before, but most recently, I noticed it has happened for emails dated from approximately April 9 until August of 2018. I am in B2B software myself and am completely deflated by the missing email issue that appears to have happened to so many with so little interest exhibited by Yahoo to help and address the issue. In today's cloud infrastructure backup world, I couldn't imagine having an issue with my software and not do everyone in our power to help our customer retrieve the lost mail and fix the issue that appears to be causing this experience in the first place. However, I find myself helplessly hopeful that Yahoo will see this and attempt to assist a loyal customer. For the record, I do use the Yahoo Mail app on my mobile device in addition to regularly using Yahoo Mail pro online.

    My email now at 11 September 2018 suddenly dissapeared. Before this, from 2 sep 2018 until 10 sep 2018 already missing by themselves. Please check it and restore the missing emails at inbox. Thanks

    everything i archive goes missing why, if i cant archive important documents, then yahoo mail is no good.
