How can we improve New Mail?

Missing E- Mails

In my inbox, Mails between 2nd July to 24th August 2018 are missing.
Can you please restore the same.

    I've identified a bug whereby legitimate messages from different senders don't appear in New Mail. I've tried reporting it direct, but was told it wasn't your fault but the senders' faults, and when I persisted, the operative shut the call on me.

    I have identified the issue: after trying all sorts, I switched back to Classic Mail - and there were all the missing emails, in Spam! Switch back, and they don't appear, in Spam or anywhere else. Back again to Classic, and there they are.

    Since I've heard of lots of people losing some received messages, this would appear to be a wider problem than just me. Could you please investigate? Until it's solved, I'll be sticking to Classic Mail.

    I have been sent several emails that have never shown up in my inbox. I know they have been sent because others have sent me a screen shot of them. I am missing important emails that I need to respond to. How does this happen? What can I do to ensure that I get the emails I am supposed to receive??

    HERE'S AN IDEA, DON'T PUT MY MAIL IN THE TRASH WITHOUT ME EVER SEEING IT. LET ME DECIDE WHAT IS TRASH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    How about I just have my stuff in my folders where I put it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
