How can we improve New Mail?

Missing E- Mails

In my inbox, Mails between 2nd July to 24th August 2018 are missing.
Can you please restore the same.

    This is more of a complaint. I inadvertently deleted my mailbox related to **@virginmedia.com and I find there is no way I can restore it. I have tried to use your help functions but to no avail.

    My inbox emails are not available now. Where its gone. I belive yahoo and kept my all important emails in this now when i check after a long gap no emails are there. Where is it?

    i have lawyer email and Utilitie emails missing and important information emails are all missing. i have saved emails all the way back as far as 2007. they are all gone why is this happening.

    All my folders are empty (again). This is an active email account. How do I recover all my information for these folders. More importantly, why does this keep happening?

    My sent folder does not contain every email I send. Hardly any. They are not there when I need to go back and reference them. Same with Trash folder. Emails just disappear and don't appear where they need to be.

    All but the last couple of days worth of sent emails are gone. Deleted without warning. There was a running status history I referenced for work in there that is not saved anywhere else because there was no need. Now it is all gone for no reason and without warning. Restore my emails.

    Every day now when I log on to my email, emails older than a 10-14 days have been deleted arbitrarily. What?? I keep my emails a while for many reasons: to have a record of online purchases; to remember important information; to check back in with someone I may not have answered immediately; etc. I decide when I am done with an email. You never asked permission to do this, or even notified me in advance that you would. I am looking to change my email service.

    I really appreciate being gone for a few years and you tell me to log back into my account to not loose it but you delete emails even ones from my dead mother. Should never had logged in then.

    E-mail not deleted by account holders should be permanently accessible to them, unless and until they actually delete the messages/conversations themselves.

    Some of my e-mail disappears from my listings from time to time. There should be a way to preserve all e-mail not deleted by account holders.
