Missing E- Mails
In my inbox, Mails between 2nd July to 24th August 2018 are missing.
Can you please restore the same.

You deleted my emails and folders full of emails from my dad with pictures 'due to inactivity' when I just logged in a few weeks ago. Now they are gone forever. You did the same thing with my husband's. Never using yahoo again.

All of my important emails which date almost all the way back to 2008 are missing or have been gone. Are they archived on the old Yahoo? Or are they gone for good? The missing emails contained important emails and attachments and I do not appreciate that they have been either deleted or archived and now I'm stuck with this new version of Yahoo with no way to look at my old emails in the inbox. I know I had over 100,000 emails but all of them were going to be sorted and I sign back into my email at least three times a year. The email provided (cnote39mf1996) has been used since 1996 and the early 2000s. I had mail from 2009 to 2017 that was extremely important. I would appreciate it if this mail would be recovered or if it can't be, that a tool is put in place of your network to ensure the safe archival of emails for each user to recover.

Update: just searched my "sent" emails folder: holy missing emails! And all from the chain of emails sent to a single person, which is how I'm recognizing that so many are missing. Last I checked, I'm only using something like 5% of my inbox allotment, so why are so many emails vanishing?!

So apparently I can't second old posts, thus this needs to be new. I'm having emails disappear without warning or evidence. I'm missing the last dozen or so emails to AND from a specific friend, and I know they're missing because I remember her response to the latest email I DO have, and I remember several portions of the conversation we continued to have, subsequently. Whenever I email her saying "my emails are missing", she always has copies of them, so it's definitely something wrong with Yahoo. If this keeps up, I may finally have to switch providers, and if Yahoo doesn't do something about this, they're going to lose the one thing people still use them for.

I keep emails in labeled folders for "safe keeping" but doesn't do me any good when i go to access certain folders years later and those emails are gone. why is that happening and how do i make sure i don't lose information i need in the future?

I was hacked July 4. Yahoo won't replace emails from 2018 to July 4 2022. I have attempted several times. See number 31002522. I need help. Yahoo contact does not work. Help Help Help!

My inbox disappeared out of the blue. Very disappointed with Yahoo. Got help from two assistants, but neither could do much other than restore some emails for a week's worth. Given that my account is quite active, it is a shocking experience which leads me to question the reliability of yahoo

In the draft there was one more copy of the blank emial. I intended to delete only the blank email. The original email that was sent out also got deleted.How do I recover the email I deleted accidentally?

Important emails keep disappearing. These emails have included hotel reservation confirmations, flight bookings, and interview scheduling. This is unacceptable.

What the h is going on with Yahoo lately? I rely heavily on Yahoo mail and when I logged in just now, I found it had deleted my entire Sent folder!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Isn't this a criminal offence?

In less than an hour, several of my folders were deleted and the emails were moved to my inbox without my consent. I have a LOT of folders and only a few of them were deleted. I did not access these folders today or in the last week or month. I now have over 600 unread emails in my inbox. Can this be reversed to restored my email/folders prior to today?

Yahoo Mail really needs to fix this problem. Its aggravating. I spent an hour on an email that has disappeared to nothing. That's Yahoo's fault. It should be saved in drafts at least, right? UGH!!!!!!
