How can we improve New Mail?

email delivered to my mobile phone NEVER arrives in my webmail client on my desktop

I receive email to my Yahoo account from several different sources on my mobile phone but that same email NEVER arrives in my Yahoo webmail box. This is a MAJOR flaw - do you have ANY idea why this is happening? Please fix this as it's a seriously egregious error...
