How can we improve New Mail?

Stop "You may have overpaid" pop-up

Give us a way to 'opt out' of the pop-up that keeps telling us that "you may have overpaid". I have no interest in the service. I pay for Yahoo mail. I'm sick of dismissing that pop-up!

    I DO NOT MAKE ANY PAYMENTS ON ANY SITE ON THE INTERNET !

    A FELON HAS HACKED MY YAHOO MAIL ACCOUNT 2 DAYS IN A ROW. YAHOO MAIL IS NOT
    SECURE !

    Please give us the option to disable this pop-up. PERMANENTLY. You cannot keep shoving this in to our faces when we say "No".

    I can't use your service because your web designers are unaware that their pop ups prevent one from using your email services.

    In short, you are ******* stupid. Maybe try not being a blithering idiot. Just for today.

    'Opt Out" would be appreciated on MOST of the auto "features" Yahoo is adding. This one is particularly annoying since it effects efficiency and is unsolicited.

    Stupid popup comes up every time. You need to know NO means NO.

    I've been using Yahoo mail prob. more than 15 years and this is, hands down, the most annoying thing I've ever seen Yahoo do. It eats up real estate on the screen, it's obnoxious, it's like something you would've seen in the early 2000s internet. Please get rid of it.

    Agree with everyone. I'm giving Yahoo some time, but am now looking at gmail if this doesn't stop.

    Stop telling me I may have overpaid for something because of an email receipt. You should not be analyzing my email anyways.

    Ditto. I have used Yahoo mail for 18 years... considering leaving for the first time, due to annoying pop up from Earny.

    I think I'll just start the process of moving over to Gmail. I'm sick of Yahoo email. There's always issues with it.
