How can we improve New Mail?

I can't send or receive any emails.

I'm using my yahoo account registered with yahoo china before [louiskong@yahoo.cn], but don't know why I can't send or receive any emails with this account, is this occur by I have the same ID account under [louiskong@yahoo.com], this two account merge together something and some errors happened?

    I am unable to send emails this morning. When I click on the "Send" button, I receive an error message that says, "An error occurred while sending the message." I've tried to send emails several times with the same result.
