How can we improve New Mail?

I highly request please do something Yahoo mail services are no longer reliable you cannot send or even download an attachment

I have been trying to download attachment but the site is unresponsive. Now this situation is even worse because you cannot even send an email. It is like the entire system is not working. Kindly do something to fix this.
