How can we improve New Mail?

I am going to delete Yahoo

I am going to delete my yahoo account because I deleted 3 times the trash and anyhow those emails appear again in the inbox .... and if yahoo was bought to have these errors... then you lost your money because nobody likes things of this kind.... Yahoo has strange problems, you ruined it!!!
There is no way to solve this but to leave Yahoo, and I loved it... but you left users with no options
