How can we improve New Mail?

We need a way to sort by Sender. Because, it helps to clear out the inbox better

Yahoo! You took away the ability to sort by sender, so now it makes so difficult to go through my emails to clear out my inbox. Please just put the "Sort by Sender" back!

    If you allowed or even created better sorting capabilities, we could delete a LOT of Emails / Storage!

    Need to sort unread by sender... If function exists in new layout, not easy to find or intuitive... frustrating

    At one time you had the sort by sender option that way when you click on it, all the senders came all together so you didn't have to sort through your entire email to find just one from a particular sender.

    Please incorporate in the "new" version of Yahoo Mail the capability to sort the Inbox by "Sender" as we could do with the previous version. It will allow faster elimination of Spam and other unwanted emails.

    I want to sort my emails by sender with descending order. I can't do that with this new version.

    earch emails from this sender by clicking on sender WAS GREAT feature - why gone?

    Painfully slow, to the extent that it is almost unusable. Please bring back the old version. Also, when you re-sort by sender, say, instead of date, you still lose the message you had selected. This hasn't changed since the last version. Rubbish.

    Yes - I have thousands that I want to sort - and delete MOST of them.

    Emails that I have put into folders are there for a reason - to keep.
    Others not filed are ripe for deleting, but a search brings up ALL messages, so I still have to look at each to determine which have been filed for preservation,

    This is a crucial feature that we USE to have. Why the big round-about to do it now? Keep it simple. Just add it back like it was before under the SORT button. Geeezzz.

    My idea is to make email search actually work by : 1 ) having Yahoo mail actually search by email address and bring up ALL emails with the addresses seached for and, 2) when searching for terms PLEASE IGNORE ALL EMAILS THAT HAVE ADS ATTACHED ( HERE'S A NOVEL IDEA, DON'T SEARCH ADS OR GET RID OF THEM COMPLETELY FROM YAHOO MAIL ) **** UNLESS THE BODY OR SUBJECT OR RECIPIENT OF THE EMAIL ACTUALLY CONTAINS THE SEARCH TERM.

    Why can't I sort by sender??? All I see is sort by date up or down

    SORT by SENDER is needed ! and let us set it as the DEFAULT sort.
