Help with my account
For the last two days I’m receiving dozens of nonsense emails. How can this be stopped? Thx

Thanks for all the comments, glad to hear this is extensively a broad problem which all the users are experiencing in a very unfortunate way. Looks like no one from Yahoo is interested in taking our comments into consideration and I've being leaving this account after 25+ plus worryingly just because of this very unsuccessful type of marketing strategy where we have some real good alternatives.

Not only am I getting all the Spam in my inbox but suddenly some critical emails from my lawyer and other important contacts are going to my Junk folder!! This is absolutely unacceptable and needs to be fixed. Yahoo has really dropped the ball.

Same here for both me and my wife. I don't understand why Yahoo hasn't addressed this. The spam emails are so obviously spam.

A week ago I started getting a lot of junk in my inbox. A few days later there is an email from Yahoo encouraging me to get Yahoo Plus which would help filter these more. What a coincidence.

I thought i was doing something wrong, until i read this thread !! yahoo is THE ABSOULTE WORSE EMAIL MAIL !!! not to mention they track your every purchase and everything you do online !! watch the ads .. they track US !!! YAHOO IS NOT TO BE TRUSTED !!! AND THEY CARE LESS ABOUT YOUR PRIVACY !! OR ANYTHING ELSE , I DONT EVEN SEE ANY COMMENTS from YAHOO... REGARDING THIS ISSUE !! I AM LEAVING YAHOO !! i have been with this email outfit for YEARS !!! time to move on to a better email platform !!!

Can you please disable the automatic unsubscribe feature when I am marking things as SPAM?
It asks if you want to auto unsubscribe, and I've accidentally clicked the okay twice now and it just floods my inbox with more SPAM because they aren't legitimate websites that I've signed up to, they're all scam SPAM.

Yahoo email is so annoying. everyday i am getting 100s of spam mail.. I will wait for few more days then i will get rid of yahoo account for good. All the suggestions i am getting is useless. simple solution is to leave yahoo and switch to gmail. Gmail is so safe and easy to manage. Never had any problems with google account

WHAT IS UP WITH YAHOO... I HAVE SENT SEVERAL FEEDBACKS/COMMENTS OF LATE REGARDING RECEIVING SO MANY SPAM EMAILS AND YET YAHOO CHOOSES TO IGNORE MY FEEDBACK AND ALL THE OTHER THAT I HAVE JUST READ... GIVING US MANY SPAMS IS NOT A WAY TO GET ANYONE TO UPGRADE THEIR YAHOO. WE ARE ENTITLED TO YAHOO "DOING THEIR JOB" AND GETTING RID OF THE SPAMS! DUH! DUH! DUH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Absolutely migrating my email stuff to gmail...this spam is ridiculous and I'm not about to reward Yahoo's slimy behaviour.

The current syntax matching algorithm is not blocking enough spam. I use Gmail and do not encounter the level of spam getting through.
It's clear your system is not using AI since the current spam uses alternative visual word constructs and you cannot keep up the pace of blocking based on your current system.

I have been with yahoo mail for as long as i can remember....where are all these JUNK mails coming from...just of late, I have dozens of **** mails in my in box...marking them spam or choosing the block option DOES NOT work....i will leave yahoo soon if i cannot solve this new problem

Yahoo has been circling the drain for many years now. This egregious and deliberate flooding of inboxes with spam will backfire. I've already started changing all my subscriptions to a different provider and yahoo will be just what it is--a repository for junk. RIP yahoo.

My Yahoo accounts are flooded with spam on a daily basis. I delete several hundreds a week. I am appalled at some of the messages I receive and the FILTH THEY CONTAIN !! A company like Yahoo who services millions of email users should have the necessary means to block these messages from the thousands of spam senders. If I did not have many things attached to the mail account I have with Yahoo, I would delete the account immediately. COME ON YAHOO, GET YOUR STUFF TOGETHER AND HELP YOUR USERS.
