How can we improve New Mail?

Error message 552: 5.3.4

Please fix Yahoo's incorrect reference that emails up to 25MB can be sent through Yahoo's mail server. I continue to receive the error message 552: 5.3.4 that my email is too large even though it is less than 15MB.
