Process 100% of the emails sent to my account!
I have raised this issue to Xero but they have checked and assured me that there is no issue from their end and said their messages are being delivered to me. Hence thay have asked me to check on my email provider and address the issue. Please check as I have not received my payslips and notofications in March. The last one I got was till February. It was working fill till then.
I NEED SOMEONE TO CONTACT ME BY EMAIL TO KNOW THAT THIS IS BEING WORKED ON... I DO NOT WANT TO HAVE TO CHECK TRASH FOLDER FOR NEW EMAILS.... I NEED HELP AND I AM A CUSTOMER SO, THEREFORE, CUSTOMERS ARE YOUR BUSINESS.... I KNOW THAT CARING ABOUT CUSTOMERS IS NOT YOUR BEST ASSET!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I AM NOW GETTING MY NEW EMAILS IN THE TRASH FOLDER. I DID A FEEDBACK ON YOUR HELP SECTION OF MY ACCOUNT INFO AND HOPE THAT SOMEONE CONTACTS ME BUT WE ALL KNOW YOU ARE NOT GOOD AT DOING THAT.... I DO NOT WANT NEW EMAILS TO BE DOWN IN THE TRASH FOLDER INSTEAD OF INBOX,.. CAN I SAY HELP! HELP! HELP!!

I have sent out a series of very important emails concerning potential harassment. I have received NO response what so ever. This is over a two week or so period. I question whether I am getting yahoo email service correctly. I dislike social media and so---hope some quality control person at yahoo follows up with this.
