My business is not allowed to send any emails. I keep receiving an error message as if my email address is spam. Error code 475.

In order to protect all users, we temporarily block sending on accounts that are flagged with spam-like or suspicious sending habits. If you’re seeing “suspicious activity detected” or “account temporarily blocked from sending messages”, you’ll still have access to your mail and receive messages while you wait for the hold to expire. Over the last 30 hours several e-mails I've sent have been blocked by Mailer-Demon due to "suspicious activity" on my account, and I've had to change my password twice. These e-mails were all sent from my Yahoo account to my work e-mail address and all had attachments (documents I need for work). During the same period I have numerous other e-mails to my work e-mail address which have been delivered without problem. Only those with documents attached have been blocked. Given that I've been sending e-mails with attachments from my Yahoo account to my work e-mail address for years I don't understand why these are now suddenly considered to be suspicious. In future I'll use my Gmail account to send documents to my work e-mail address as I don't get this problem there.

It's been going on for over a week. Changed password, did not fix. HELP!
I use this account for business communication and am most frustrated. Scanned for viruses... no found. Restored the computer to an earlier date... still get the error and emails not sent,
