I get the alert that my selected time zone does not match local time.
Why does it not automatically change when the computer already uses my location? -

Your time zone settings SUCK! That little list of "closest" city to choose from is ridiculous. I'm in Arizona, NO daylight savings time. My choices are Denver, Colorado, some town in New Mexico and a few cities around the globe. WTF!?? Phoenix would have been a good one for that list! Don't tell me my computer is wrong either! At least IT is set for the correct time zone: Mountain STANDARD time.

There is approximately 6 hr time difference between my current PST and the time stamp on email. For example, if. I get an email at 11:47am, it says it was received 6:47pm. Big problem when trying to resolve customer service Issues with company I’m receiving emails from

I couldn't review what I posted, the view box is quite limited and didn't scroll easily (it does now for some reason)
What if you made the box expand so we could review our comments for readability? -

How do we posters edit our posts? I mistyped Connecticut and can't see how to fix that.
You need an edit feature -

I'm not sure if the time shown on messages is in my time zone or the sender's time zone, there's one time on the message as it appears on the computer, and another time when i print it. I have to keep running back n forth from the conference room where we're reviewing messages to my computer to see when each one really came relative to ours, and their previous and subsequent one because the times are all mixed up.
Fix that, Put Time Zones in the standard old format, PST, MST, CST, EST, etc.
That way, if messages come marked at the sender's time but print at your time zone time, or mine, you and I will know what's going on. I recently had a bunch of emails in a conversation where some of the replies seem to have been sent a couple hours before I sent the question! - all because they were marked w/ each ends local rather than all being at my time zone, for those received as well as what I sentDo not use the sometimes used PT, MT CT, ET because they are confusing. CT, for example, seems to mean Central Standard Time. There is a lot of business in Connecticut (CT) - more than the average per capita in th US as a matter of fact - and CT is on EST

I keep getting notified to update my time zone. Please be advised there are places that do not use Daylight Saving Time. The region I live in is one of those. We stay on Mountain Standard all year through. Thank you for noticing the discrepancy. I wish other service providers were as diligent!
