Why does the CONTACT PANE open when viewing email????
The contact pane opens when I select an email to view taking up 2 inches of space on my screen to display information I'M NOT LOOKING FOR RIGHT NOW!!!! WHY!?!?!?
This is NOT helpful. Please make it a display option in settings, or at least make the option sticky so when I close the unnecessary window, it stays CLOSED.
I have my setup as right-pane viewing, so the email list (compact view) is displayed on the left and when I select a message, the message opens on the right side. I have customized my view this way so I can SEE as much of the message as possible without scrolling on my laptop. The screen is already small and I'm trying to maximize the useful content displayed. It would also be nice if the left pane (folder lists, etc.) could be collapsed or shrunk further.
Help us make our productivity software actually productive! Instead of a force to be reckoned with.
