How can we improve New Mail?

    Please return to being able to easily see which contact lists the contacts are in. Plus please show how many contacts are in each list. It is taking me forever to scroll down to remove a contact from a list!!!

    Your new email version sucks. Come on Yahoo, get with it. I can't put my emails in different lists. This is making me mad. What ever happened to the old email where you could find everything? even the old version is not the original one. You people are something else. Time to go with another email account and not Yahoo!!!

    I can't get my contacts list to work properly and neither can any other Yahoo customer.

    Why ignore the people who use your product? Do you really think you can compete with modern technology companies by ignoring what your customers say?

    I never heard of a technology company that changes from a system that works to a new version that doesn't work and ignores complaints.

    I guess it's true that Yahoo is so far behind they are going out of business

    Contacts can not be added to existing groups. I can not assign a new contact to an existing list. Please correct this problem quickly

    I am extremely frustrated that I can no longer manage my contacts and assign to lists easily. I am NOT going to pay for tech support to get my questions answered. This is so ridiculous! I have personal and professional yahoo email addresses and now i am going to switch to Google. You will be out of business soon.

    Very frustrated trying to add contacts to a list. It does not seem to work with this new sidebar feature. I was thinking it must be some "user error" until I stumbled across this thread of comments/complaints, all with a recent date! At least now I know I'm not alone. But still can't do what I need to....!!!

    You have RUINED contacts! Please restore it now. I cannot add people to groups. What's wrong with you people? Don't you ever check to see if something works before making changes?

    I agree. Contacts is useless for groups. I can't believe how many people are commenting on this and they are ignoring it.

    Contacts is FUBAR and Support is AWOL. go to the top, Yahoo CEO. DM Guru Gowrappan on Twitter since Support is blowing us all off. Be polite, but let him know how bad this is. tweet to @gurugk

    I am using the updated version of Yahoo Mail, when I click the contacts tab icon top right, then I pull up to edit a Group, I search on a contact to add to the group, it shows it added, yet the Save icon at the bottom is off limits, not highlighted so no actual way to update the list properly. Why does it not function?

    Who is the idiot that messed up the contacts?? It does NOT work. No one likes it and Yahoo doesn't seem to care. At this point I can't find one reason to stay with yahoo.

    Dave Koelper is SO right. Why do you keep making these terrible changes. The sidebar for contacts is unworkable. Why, in God's name don't you ask your customers for their views and, ideally take note. You could have tried this new system out as beta for testing and then take not. IF IT AIN'T BROKE, DON'T FIX IT. It's certainly broke now.
