As in January, I am not able to edit my contact list and assign contacts to groups. Could you enable it and don't disable again? Thanks

I'm adding my voice to the long list of people who want you to stop messing with the contacts. You broke it before, went back to the old version for a while, and now it's broken again. There is no way to edit lists or to send an email to lists at all. Please put it back the way it was!

CONTACTS. What have you done to Contacts?! It is anti-intuitive and hard to use. Impossible to add an item to a List. Please restore the previous version.

The search does not include notes. Can't make the contact full page so I can see it better, without squinting.

By making it IMPOSSIBLE to add to or create contact lists your platform has become USELESS. You seem to be paying people not to make our Yahoo experience better, but to **** us off. I venture to say it is an attempt to get us to pay for the email by forcing "Pro" on us. I would sooner move EVERYTHING (4 accounts) to Gmail. How much ad revenue will you lose if most of us do that?

Give me the old format

Just put it back. This new way is NOT intuitive, it's TWICE the work with twice the number of steps. This is NOT user-friendly. Just, please, stop messing with Yahoo and leave it alone!!

The information is pinched into a very small area and is hard to navigate. Go back to being able to view and search and group contacts as was the option before it was changed. The old saying is "If it ain't broke don't fix it".

Managing new contacts and the list function has gone from an easy process to a trip to the inner circle of h***. The "help" instructions are useless, as the steps they describe apply to the old way of doing things. What's most frustrating? When a contact is added, then looking for it in the "All" list shows it not there, so where did it go? 5 thumbs down for this fiasco. Get your act together!

You need to fix the new Contacts. I cannot access all of the information contained in a given contact on the first try. When I click on the Contact, it doesn't show anything but top line information. When I click on it again, it closes Contacts and brings me back to Mail.Sometimes it takes THREE tries to access all the fields and I keep information that I need to access frequently in the Notes field. Fix this please. Or go back to the old Contacts.

You screwed up my mailing list with the last update. You made it harder to send a group email. *******!!!!
How about letting us know how to do the task when you change things around. I am so upset you have no idea!!!!!

There are many things to like about the new UI. However, some key features are missing:
1. I like being able to see all my accounts on one screen for easier switching between them.
2. Can't open conversations in the inbox view to see all the messages in preview mode. (The little drop-down arrow).
3. When you search on message sender, used to be able to see which messages were saved into folders. Now all you get is the home inbox. That can be dangerous! Means you don't know where they are, and if you don't want to move all of them to the same place... there's no way to tell if you made a mistake.
4. No longer have a refresh button on the inbox.
5. Editing and adding contacts are very difficult now. Used to be able to hover over the contact in an email message and right-click to edit or add to list. Also, can't do groups anymore. And I haven't found where to deal with duplicate entries. All of these features are important on my business email account.
It seems as though some of the functionality that we could program for ourselves as users has been removed to make it "easier" for the general user. Please consider allowing some advanced functionality for those of us who use your product all the time.

Lists do not function properly. Cannot add names to lists from their contact info and cannot see which lists they are on! Cannot print out lists! Lists are in RANDOM ORDER (not alphabetical!) And many Contact fields are now missing, like Nickname and Address. WHAT HAVE YOU DONE?

I can't understand this new contacts menu! The phone numbers are all ran together and can't access properly. Can't see what folder group the emails has been allotted too. And can't figure out how to put an email into a certain group, either add or remove! I hate this new contact set-up. I need to have my old contact list back as I use this list almost daily. Please reverse back, please! please!

Can you let me get back to my old Contact book? The new Contacts is really unorganized, and I am also unable to add or delete people to/from existing lists.

When might we expect to have our contact list fixed? Not all contacts are listed, there are some I never heard of, and there is no provision to delete or correct the ones that are there. There is more confusion than necessary, and the constant movie thing is very irritating to say the least. If you were to do a poll, I'm sure we would be returned to the old e-mail system.

What the **** has happened to the group contact lists, I can no longer put a new contact into my distribution lists. I can add a contact but then it just disappears... so frustrating just stop messing about with format of this mail system there was nothing wrong with it!!!

DON'T put an update live until you have completely tested it behind the scenes and offline. The new "contacts" sucks! Do you expect everybody's eyesight to be perfect? Sorry that is not life! Can't open up a contact to see what is all included in the listing. In addition, the additions to the new email system i mentioned previously that were in the old version still have not been corrected in the new version. Call me at **************** if you would like to get this correct and have a better system.

I've been a Yahoo Pro customer for over 8 years. I've had enough of Yahoo's terrible updates. Where are my contacts?
