I can't find any email on my mail box. I've not used it in a while and i actually wanted to retrieve an email from it. Kindly advise.

If an account is unused or dormant for 12 months, it is deactivated and its contents deleted. More info here: https://help.yahoo.com/kb/sln2018.html
