Structure of E-mail Threads
The organization of e-mail threads needs to be restructured and simplified. In viewing the threads, it appears that a portion of one e-mail is combined with another e-mail. In my case, my e-mail was at the top of the thread and included attachments that were reflected at the bottom of the thread. There were two e-mails between mine. A portion of the most recent of those e-mails was reflected at the bottom of the earlier e-mail. Furthermore, some e-mails in a thread reflect message headers like that shown below.

However, the recipient information is missing. Also, most e-mails reflect only the name of the sender along with the month, day and time the e-mail was sent. It is important to reflect full message headers and the e-mail in its original state in the event a court issues a subpoena for electronic records.
