customize layout
PLEASE VOTE; this is an easy win for Yahoo! They just need to choose and invest, same like competitors eg. apple and google have been doing for ages now.
Yahoo webmails layout really saddens me, unfortunately there's not many alternatives since Windows Mail app is lousy too (layout is much friendlier though). There's way too much information and choices, I only use about 20%.
How about tracking click-behaviour and using this info to improve your customers experience? To ultimately personalize the layout so that everyone gets the layout that suits their behaviour in the best way.
Or -if that's to much hassle for you- at least give your customers the option to customize their layout manually.
