Why do I continue to get error "page not responding"?

Getting "Page not responding" errors when trying to open an email.
This is a continuous issue and cannot find any way to contact yahoo to find out what to do to stop this. VERY FRUSTRATED at this point and ready to shut down YAHOO account.

    I find it ridiculous that Yahoo cannot provide an online chat or a phone number or an email to send complaints. They want you to pay for customer support! How can a company expect their customers to pay for error corrections coming from the source. This is not an issue that should require payment!
