provide support for the service I'm paying for when it does not work
You are supposed to provide me with an email service. When it doesn't work and none of your stupid canned responses address the problem you need to provide me support. Email is a basic internet function I assume I am paying Verizon for - I shouldn't have to pay you to fix it when it does not work right. I absolutely hate Cablevision but, if I can't get support from you, then I need to go back to them - nasty as they are.
