crashing when downloading a zip file of pictures
sent some images to my email and when i try ti]o down load it as a zip file it takes me to an all white page that says " {"error":{"code":"ET-5006","requestId":"7b6c7ff1-e6b7-8c80-1cf7-450000017d00"}} " can this please be fixed????
