What is going on with the upper right UI? Confusing AND Broken. Also, fix your links!
Inconsistent, buggy UI, Bad state feedback (where am I? Did it submit? what account is this? Says I am logged out when logged in, broken links everywhere. Icons that do not communicate visually. Targets too small for accessibility. Overly aggressive pop up ads.
Please hire someone that knows UX. If you have - sorry fam, but this ain't it. It makes the site untrustworthy and feels like it is going to go the myspace route (i.e. loose all your stuff). Even this form submit button is broken :( - oh wait no - there are just NO breadcrumbs to tell you you have to log-in a second time.
You have pervasive issues on this site that are becoming worse not better. If you need some help you should check out J. Nielson's classic for basics of design. You violate 7 of the 10 principles deeply.
