Missing E- Mails

In my inbox, Mails between 2nd July to 24th August 2018 are missing.
Can you please restore the same.

    Stop deleting sent emails. You also need to have an auto recover on your help section as you don't have any way to complain about this - v poor service

    This morning I again had 20 emails from the beginning of March that have been deleted long ago. I guess I should be lucky they were not from last year.

    Yahoo needs to fix this to remain trustworthy. Emails I had saved were very important and are now lost.

    This has a huge impact on my life. Not sure I will ever trust Yahoo mail after this if it doesn't get resolved.

    I agree with all others. I will be moving away from yahoo due to them deleting all my emails. I know I was not inactive for 12 months. I used it the other day! Just as the others said this is circling the drain.

    This has been a problem of Yahoo mails for others as well. Mind you, you have to sign in to a third party to post a comment or vote for a comment . This is all controlled by Yahoo to stop people from reporting. I've had this account for over 25 years and just as of a few years started experiences issues.

    For the Past year i have experienced my inbox and sent box emails being deleted in groups of months. I have checked my account activity and no other sign on's are there but mine. The emails are not in the deleted box as well just hundred's of emails removed. The is a bad business practice and I am in the process of switching all my emails to a google account.

    Hi there. You lost my sent emails from a period of three years (from September 2019 until October 2023. They just disappeared one day. It happened for the second time. Those emails contained business related invoices I sent to my business partners. I tried to contact some one so many times - no results, no response, nobody take responsibility, nobody gives it ****. It looks like you don't care. After being trustful to Yahoo for over 20 years... Hello! Anybody there? What's going on?

    I have a lot of mail that comes from the same sender and it would be easier to go through my mail sender by sender.
