Please change the way you take feedback
The entire process of taking a feedback is difficult for a newcomer and it's more like a community and you have to login for that and then post this idea. wtf
It should be plain and simple why all this **** like sign in vote up ..... It shouldn't even redirect to a new page. It should just take a instant snap of your screen and ask you for the feedback. Please make it simpler to use and whoever's idea that was he is just outdated. Please change your staff. Better learn from google...

Yahoo Mail started in 1997 seven years ahead of Google Mail in 2004 yet Yahoo does almost everything worse and is full of technical issues unlike Google which has hardly any. The one and only reason I created a Yahoo account (in addition to my Google one) is the disposable email addresses function so if this ever goes away then Yahoo will become inferior in every single way.
Indeed a whole lot of people at Yahoo should be fired... loads of problems such as legit emails continuing to go into the spam folder even after being marked as Not Spam (why in the world would replies be ever deemed as spam in the first place), number of emails in a grouped conversation thread keep decreasing as they keep disappearing, ads that masquerade as emails by appearing right smack in-between them, etc...
But the worst of all? Tricking users into thinking that their concerns are actually heard, with this fake feedback page which serves as nothing more than a dumping ground, as well as the Yahoo Customer Care Facebook page which merely posts entertainment gossip and does absolutely zero customer care except hiding any negative comments.

there is no change from yahoo. There are some old programmers sitting in yahoo who are designing this stuff. The whole feedback process is like an exam. It's hard !
Whoever designed it must'be not paid well so he did this. Yahoo please take care of your employees so that they can work at full productivity.
It's just every time I come here to give some feedback, this process makes me feel annoyed and I forget what I was going to say. Such outdated designs and process. I think that's a reason why yahoo is still behind. Please change the designers and managers. I think the designers are good but the managers aren't letting them do the change. It's just a common thing across every industry. No one likes someone doing better than them especially someone who is a junior to them in age and experience.
Please give chance to change and embrace it. I hope Yahoo does better in the future because it can.
