The spam filter is not working. Most of my good messages are being sent into junk mail instead of my inbox
It's best to mark these emails as Not Spam to keep them from going into the Spam folder in the future, as the algorithm improves. If this issue persists, reach out to us through our Help pages: https://help.yahoo.com

Same issue here, and unless you pay for a premium account there is also no tech support to help fix your issues with the spam filter except for the useless help page that recommends to mark the email as not spam and it "should" direct emails from sender to inbox.

In the last week, a lot of my work emails have been routed to spam...even when someone is responding to an email I sent. Please fix this! -

You spam filter continues to flag valid emails and email addresses, even after I have marked them as "Not Spam", and is even sending EXISTING THREADS - that I have already responded to and interacted with - to the Spam folder. WTF?! How does that make any sense? If I have literally already responded to that same thread from my Yahoo email? This started happening very suddenly and without any apparent reason. Should I be worried that someone has hacked my email? In each case the send is a company and it is a corporate email address.
