Yahoo Customer Care needs to return to web technical support
Feedback needs to go to Yahoo Technical Web Support,
this uservoice forum is full of complaints: No Help & "REVIEWED".

VOTE is turned Off. HOW IMPORTANT IS THIS is also blocked.
WHY EVEN SHOW VOTE OR HOW IMPORTANT BUTTONS
if they can't be clicked to update the response from all viewers?
IF YAHOO shows interest and answers, the response is:
"Could you please message us on Twitter at @YahooCare or on Facebook at Yahoo Customer Care? We'd like to look more into the issue you're experiencing. In case you do not have a social media account, we are also available at: help.yahoo.com"
YahooCare on Twitter gives simple robotic unhelpful replies
Yahoo Customer Care on Facebook posts Yahoo Stories and doesn't answer my Message/Question. It's all Glamor and no Glitz, although, I did see a few Yahoo messages about keeping your account safe, which strangely I did NOT see on my first visit when I couldn't believe Yahoo Customer Care was just posting Yahoo Home Page media stories? Where are the articles about How Customer Care is working with feedback from customers on how to improve their products to keep their customers?
