Help with my account
For the last two days I’m receiving dozens of nonsense emails. How can this be stopped? Thx
Hi there. The more often you mark these emails as Spam, the more you train your personal mail filter to recognize them as such. We recommend following these steps to manage your incoming emails: https://help.yahoo.com/kb/manage-spam-mailing-lists-yahoo-mail-sln28056.html
You can always create filters: https://help.yahoo.com/kb/new-mail-for-desktop/filters-organize-yahoo-mail-sln28071.html

Hey Yahoo, you broke the spam filter in your latest update. Over the past 10 years or more, no spam came to my inbox. Now, in October 2022, every time I check my inbox, there is new spam. I have used Yahoo Mail since 1999. It will be a hassle but I will leave Yahoo for good if you don't undo the mess you made of your mail server.

when blocking future emails, can you make sure that the site actually blocks the related emails in the spam when chosen in options, i have personally blocked emails multiple times in my spam mail and am still recieving the emails from those accounts

Isn't it obvious an email like this - ******* - is pure spam? Can't yahoo filter these before they clog my inbox? They are clearly a randomized domain names that are not legit.

After more than 30 years of holding a Yahoo email, I am going to have to leave. Yahoo is sending invasive spam emails instantaneously after I move them to spam in the hopes that one will upgrade to their premium and pay $6/month. Should NOT have to to do that in order to mark an email as spam and then have that same email pop up again in less than 30 minutes!!! This is just not right and I am going to contact the State of IL Attorney General as well.

Here's an example of what I'm talking about:

I get lots of spam emails that purport to be from well-know entities such as UPS, etc. However, when I hit report as spam, it says stop emails from that entity, which is a mistake because it's not from that entity. If you look at the email addy from which it eminates, it becomes obvious that it is spam. Figure out a way to screen the sender, not the known entity that the spam purports to be sent from.

I never use to get Spam or hackers in my email until Yahoo decided to start selling protection to stop it. Is this your way of forcing us into buying this?

Suddenly I am getting hackers into my yahoo mail? Why are you letting them do this?

More and more spam messages are landing in my inbox, but they have one thing in common, the messages have been altered and the DKIM signatures are failing. Why dont these get marked spam?
These appear to start as legitimate emails which are then altered to overlay spam messages.Example dkim headers for messages in my inbox today:
X-Originating-Ip: [104.47.17.105]
Received-SPF: pass (domain of netorg11905557.onmicrosoft.com designates 104.47.17.105 as permitted sender)
Authentication-Results: atlas301.free.mail.bf1.yahoo.com;
dkim=perm_fail header.i=@mailchimpapp.net header.s=k3;
spf=pass smtp.mailfrom=netorg11905557.onmicrosoft.com;
dmarc=unknown header.from=WjrVyI7SG.suitusa.com;X-Originating-Ip: [104.47.13.52]
Received-SPF: none (domain of zczqc.pravana.com does not designate permitted sender hosts)
Authentication-Results: atlas207.free.mail.ne1.yahoo.com;
dkim=perm_fail header.i=@mailchimpapp.net header.s=k3;

so far, block sender only allow 1000 email addresses to be blocked. it is not enough for long term Yahoo email users, pls provide us with unlimited numbers for block sender feature.
by having a clear and tidy account, we can stay on Yahoo email longer and happy actually. -

Get rid of all the spam. I get 300 or better a day. They are disgusting e-mails.

Can you please stop me from getting hundreds of spam emails everyday? I mark them as spam but they keep coming!!!

Yahoo can censor everything but Camp Lejeune emails apparently. Filters do nothing. Get this addressed; we don't need ten scams a day that your filter features don't work on. There can easily be a firewall to review them first.

Yahoo needs to block in e-mail in all yahoo accounts anything coming from renter-info@*.co.uk Where * is a wild card for anything put in there.

No offense but Yahoo mail is such a bad email client now. I spend 90% of all the time I spend on Yahoomail just deleting spam. Yahoomail is now by far the worst email client I have ever used. AGAIN NO OFFENSE INTENDED!!!

I have been doing some research, Every other week I don't delete the spam folder. For 6 days I have been receiving 2,246 spam E.mails. Now, these are coming on a daily basis, same mail. Unsubscribing doesn't get rid of them. Some have 10-12-15 Admin.as posting. Now for 5.00 per month, Yahoo can stop all that. 5. 00 doesn't even pay for my Oxygen. Simply post a new " Delete forever button.

I tried contacting Yahoo help, and it was not helpful. I followed the FAQ suggestions, however I am still getting spam. I was able to receive an email from Yahoo and they told me that they could not help me with this problem!!! If this continues, I'll need to switch to another email service.

Last week I started receiving WAY too much spam in my inbox. Today I marked 835 emails as spam! I've been doing this for a week and it is not helping. Yahoo, could you please filter out these spam messages for me!
