Language issue
I am trying to log on using the Yahoo app on my phone and it shows me the terms and conditions in Italian rather than English. Evidently when I was in Italy it recognized that I was there and gave the Terms and Conditions in Italian, but now that I am back, it won't recognize that I am in the U.S. and give the terms and Conditions in English. I also receive my customer care emails from Yahoo in Italian, everything else is in English. After a lot of time on the phone with customer service, they tell me that they can fix the problem if I pay for the premium customer support. This language issue is a flaw within the Yahoo system or the Yahoo Android app, and I think it's unreasonable to ask me to pay to have it fixed.

Another update, when I go online to see the cost and sign up for the Premium Support Service, it tells me that the Premium Service is not available in the country where I created this email account. It appears that Yahoo thinks I created this account in Italy, but I did not.

All the other tabs and menus in my Yahoo are in English, and my language in the settings or preferences page is set to English.
