Okay Yahoo. How long do you have to gather 'Feedback'? This issue is 4th ranked now. It's obviously a problem for a lot of people. PLEASE fix this so church members using Yahoo can receive the emails they have signed up to receive from the church. Thank you.

I was receiving the emails just fine, and then they suddenly stopped getting through. Nothing has changed on my end or on the church's end. What's the deal, Yahoo?

These emails are not going to my Spam folder. I have no filters on my Yahoo email. The emails are simply not being delivered to Yahoo addresses. If members do not want emails from our church system, they simply remove their email address from the church directory. We've been asking Tech Support for the church system to fix this before coming to you. They've done all the research to determine if they can do anything about it. The issue is with Yahoo. Maybe you can work with the ChurchofJesusChrist.org to figure this out? Please. Thank You!

Andy Birchall, if anyone does not want to receive emails through the church's email system they can have their email address removed. We don't SPAM. It's individual ward info and general church info. In my ward people are asking why they aren't receiving my emails that I send out.

Come on Yahoo, please fix this already. 4th ranked should tell you this is a problem for a lot of people. I've got a monthly newsletter to send out to over 300 people. Unfortunately any yahoo.com users won't receive it, including a copy for myself.

I understand other individuals may not want to receive emails form this organization, but does not mean all people do. You already have tools (spam filters) in place to address this issue. Therefore, individuals can choose not to receive correspondence by following those standard process. This does not mean you should prevent those that do wish to receive correspondence in this manner. I request you correct this situation promptly, and allow us to chose for ourselves.

I am one of those not receiving emails from churchofjesuschrist.org. Their email system is very helpful in disseminating information to our local congregation. But those of us with yahoo email are not receiving them. I test it by sending myself an email from their system. Are you filtering emails based on religion? Or is this an innocent error that your developers are working to fix? If it's not fixed I'll have no choice but to change to gmail.

Emails are not in my spam folder. There is no trace of them. I have also attempted adding a filter for the churchofjesuschrist.org domain to put them in my inbox to no avail.

YAHOO, this is obviously a problem on your side. Sending emails used to work fine. Whatever YAHOO did needs to be undone so people with Yahoo.com emails can receive messages sent through the Church of Jesus Christ's email messaging which shows the noreply@churchofjesuschrist.org. I really don't want to switch to gmail, but if this isn't fixed soon I will be forced to change so I can reach the people waiting for my email notifications. It has moved up to '10th ranked' so it's affecting a lot of people. Please fix this!

D W, The emails don't even come to the SPAM folder. YAHOO is not letting them through at all.

Joann you really should tell them all to NOT mark as spam, but instead got to he bottom of email and UNSUBSCRIBE. if you don't give that option, YOU SHOULD. or else they will only mark as spam if you don't let them unsubscribe.

D W commented
LOOK IN YOUR SPAM BOX AND THEN MARK IT AS NOT SPAM. because probably a lot of people are marking them as spam so yahoo has identified the source as a source of spam. And automatically putting in everyone's spam box.

I need to send emails out to the members in our local church. We've had three deaths this past week and I am unable to send emails with the obituaries to Yahoo accounts. Please get this fixed ASAP.
