Please provide free assistance through chat, email but not through Customers Care in Twitter. They cannot help and just repeat the same script over and over.
The self-service help center is terrible. I had an awful experience with it.
Please take care of your customers. There another free mail providers that efficient and provide more assistance to their customers. I have a microsoft mail account for more than 20 years and never experience what I went through with Yahoo, without having access to my account for 24hs and no one could help recover it.

when attaching a file to a mail gets message as " message cannot be saved as draft"
So unable to attach pdf or word file to the mail.
Kindly help me out in this at the earliest.

I am getting an email saying that I must upgrade my mailbox by Nov. 24th, Is this a spam? I have had a few people send me a spam email asking for money and wonder if they did this upgrade. It is from email@example.com> which doesnt look like one oyu would send us

i am having yahoo mail problems.. For some reason i have lost my ability to delete an email, or trying to prevent mail receipt by marking it with label to prevent it from writing me again
