You inept mf's deleted my mailbox despite logging in multiple times this year. I have years of childhood memories and data that is now lost. I truly hope you imbec!les deserve what's coming to you.

    My sentiments follow Yahoo's inability to efficiently assess customer support, and yet still have the gall to charge customers $5 to access an inept customer support team that are incapable of resolving a mailbox issue.

    I sincerely cannot believe this company stays afloat, especially with the garbage news outlet you folks run.
