Fair feedback for Yahoo mail
Good afternoon There are a lot of problems with mail.
Firstly, why can't I recover all my deleted messages? Why only 7 days. I don’t understand why you can’t meet your users halfway and give them the opportunity to restore all messages; perhaps there is sensitive information there. I think that most will agree with me and in this case they will simply switch to other mail operators.
Secondly, why, if I’m from a country that is not supported, I can’t reach you, I can’t even find an article with help. Should I know that the only way to contact you is X social network, and it is not really mentioned anywhere.

Hi Arman, thank you for your feedback. Yes, we do automatically delete your Trash folder after some time. If you do not want to lose emails and might go back to deleted emails, we recommend Archiving your email!
