improve customer service to include IT, revisit cox migration and fix issues cox is hearing from nearly everyone who calls in.
ever since cox migrated to yahoo, nothing but trouble. phone makes me sign in every month with stupid pictures of x'ing motorcycles etc - even the experts i talk to say these are fluky. it makes you wait a whole 24 hours and if you go back after 24 hours, it still makes you wait. call customer service - they say, "we are not IT and cannot reset your email." they repeat themselves with the same statement i have already refuted with my experience. i will have to switch all my emails from cox to gmail - you guys are terrible.
