Deleting too many/wrong e-mails
Occasionally, when I search for a given "sender," making sure to select "Inbox" and "Sender," then "select all," then delete them, I look at the Trash folder and find that other e-mails, having nothing to do with the desired search item are there as well. I have to sort the Trash, then select only the desired ones, to ensure that "good" e-mails aren't deleted; the "good" ones are then restored to the Inbox. This happens on rare occasion, but, today (Nov 4, 2024), I could have lost half my "good" e-mails! Something is wrong either with the selection widgets or the program that does the search.
