I was unable to check my Yahoo Mail for more than a year because of personal circumstances. When I accessed my account today, I was dismayed to find that all of my emails, folders, and contacts had been removed. I was not informed of this data removal policy beforehand, nor did I receive any alerts on my recovery email. I would be truly grateful if my account data could be restored.
