  1. Stop Making Browsers State There Are Newly Unread Emails, When There Are Not

    Stop making your Imap or whatever inbox server state that there are new and unread emails on browsers' tabs, when there are not. It is quite annoying to check for none. Who agrees?

  2. Simplify. Remind. Ask first.

    DEAR YAHOO CORPORATE:
    What happened to my windows and research? It is extremely rare that when I complete my work, I leave as is to save time for the future. I have been an incredibly phenomenal and dedicated yahoo user for decades. If yahoo is indeed responsible for voiding my information, please acknowledge, refrain and explain. I have been impacted by permanent brain injury and I do not need extra stress. Thank you.

  3. Extremely Slow Performance

    For some reason, using the new/standard mail (not basic)....the interface started to slow down. It got to the point that I didn't know if it was responding or not. If I refreshed the page, it would start responding, but the performance stayed the same.

    It got to the point, where it would take about 20-30 seconds to switch from one email to another. I doesn't sound like a lot of time, but when you have a lot of email to go through, that time adds up; its the difference between one hour or two....just checking email (not even composing anything).

  4. Serious Concern Regarding the Lack of Direct Customer Support

    Dear Yahoo Support Team,

    I am writing to express my deep frustration and disappointment regarding the lack of direct support channels such as a phone number or support email to assist users with critical account issues.

    As a loyal user of Yahoo services for over 12 years, I find it unacceptable that there is no clear or accessible way to contact your support team when facing serious problems like account lockout due to 2-Step Verification.

  6. reCAPTCHA

    This is just a recent occurrence. Over the years, I mean years of signing into yahoo and other platforms, dealing with reCAPTCHA, it's never been an issue until a few weeks ago. The system has gotten glitchy where the very thing they are asking you to do, will cause you to not be able to pass the reCAPTCHA and stop a person from logging in. Take for example they say pick all the motorcycles. You pick all the images but there two motorcycles and by picking the other or picking the rearview from the motorcycle or a small corner of…

  7. drag and drop

    When dragging and dropping an email message from the inbox to a folder, allow the user while dragging the file scroll down to select the desired destination folder from list of folders.

    Also, the search bar in the mail application covers the menu items at the top of the screen. I couldn't find a way to close the search bar so that I could gain access to those menu items. In the older version, I would have selected a move option to allow me to move an email message from my inbox to a subfolder. As an alternative approach, I…
