Clearing storage
You keep threatening us with turning off our email accounts because of storage. Then do not provide clear instructions on how to do that. I have had this email account for 23 years and would hate to lose it. I have deleted nearly all past emails and drafts, sent, trash...etc but still can not get under 20GB. You offer no assistance. This is a good indication that you don't care and just want the money. It's been a nice ride.
