Mobile Access
On the mobile app, this new update where the emails are all separated (primary, offers, other) is very confusing & it not user friendly as before. When I see an email, it may say 15 unread messages, but I must click each category to read, delete or send emails, instead of simply scrolling down like before to read or make my selections. Also, I do not get the notifications like I use to do. For instance, I went into my mobile email and saw I had 3 email. I deleted them, decided to jump on my laptop to read emails and saw that I had 146 emails unread.
I am asking that you put the email layout the way it us to be or like it is on the laptop/computer minus all the multiple categories to find or read emails that may/may not show in your feed.
I do not like this new layout.
