BY NOT EXTORTING CUSTOMERS!!!!
First Yahoo EXTORTED us for additional storage, NOW you make it IMPOSSIBLE to DL folders and emails to a local drive in order to archive and reduce server storage. THESE two issues are why I'm trying desperately to move everything OFF Yahoo so I can establish a different email elsewhere, cancel my Yahoo extortion fees and leave Yahoo FOREVER! The way you REDUCED storage to a fraction only to extort customers is unconscionable and I can only hope and pray there are legal grounds for a class action lawsuit for the way Yahoo has gone about this. I've used Yahoo for nearly two decades, BUT THE WAY IN WHICH YOU HAVE GONE ABOUT THIS makes me HATE EVERY ******* THING ABOUT YAHOO!!!
