Remove the clutter the squeezes out the message window !
WHY isn't the ENTIRE message VISIBLE in the window without having to scroll side to side at the BOTTOM of the ____ing SCREEN !!! That is the worst place to navigate within the page.
Your DELIBERATE page clutter will drive me away too if I can't see the ENTIRE email messages.
