Every few days I am forced to go to new mail, which does not work for mobile at all in any format you've given us, then switch back to basic mail. Usually I find out I need to once again do this because you can no longer delete messages or move them or you're trying to respond but it comes up blank. So you're forced to switch and then switch back.

This is highly annoying.

Basic mail works. It works well

New mail has never worked in any format because it doesn't work for mobile browsers or screens. New mail looks like trash on computer screens too. It is literally the worst parts of G-mail and why we don't use it.

Also, quit promoting the app. No one wants another single use app.

So please quit forcing us to switch every few days and then switch back. I know it's a lot to ask for a free app to not make checking your email a worse experience but it would be awesome if it did.
