Mailbox size exceeded despite deleting 10K emails
I deleted more than 10000 emails from my inbox and yet my space in mailbox has not reduced. WHAT IS GOING ON with SYNCHING???

Hi there, this is mentioned in our communication emails as well as the help articles, but if you delete emails, you also need to empty the trash folder. We also recommend emptying the spam folder. Once you delete and empty these folders, you will see the number decrease. Thanks!
