  3. Why don't you try giving people who SIMPLY WANT TO CLOSE THEIR ACCOUNT a method that actually works

    For those individuals who wish to close their Yahoo accounts, provide a method that does what you say it will do, not one that leads them to the window that shows the message,
    "Oops, something went wrong. Please try again later." You must be desperate to keep accounts. I have been trying to get this done for a week with no result. Your app will be off my cellphone and my computer's browser will not be programmed to open with your mail account. Thanks for nothing.

  7. Stop pandering to the political "fringe right". For years Yahoo News was fair and balanced, and now it is all Washington Examiner ****.

    Stop pandering to the whiny, loud mouthed minority. This makes Yahoo seems like they are pandering to a certain political group, specifically one in the minority in America.
    It is getting to the point where we no longer wish to get our news from Yahoo. Might as well get news from the National Enquirer.
