BLUE DOT - Unread
I have been depending on that blue dot next to an email to see my new mail. It's gone. Get it back.

Infinite Scroll to Next Email
Absolutely HATE the new feature that concerns scrolling inside of an email and automatically loads the next email. Dozens of times already have read an email, then go to hit the delete key only to realize the next unread email has been loaded and is now in the trash can.

From field not available on Reply/Forward
ISSUES:
REPLY does not allow you to change the FROM email (it is not even visible). This is a problem if you have multiple emails.
The FORWARD has the same issue as above.
Both of these are an option on the old version of Yahoo. This is forcing me to copy and paste the entire email and create a new one.

not liking the new email format. I don't feel it's user friendly. I've been trying to email files to my CPA and it keeps saying not the correct format. However if I send the files from my husband's email and NO Problem. I want the old format back, a lot more user friendly. Not Impressed!!!

Delete all offers
I would like to delete all "Offers". The UI is really weird for this. If you select "All", then you are no longer targeting offers. With the new UI, you have to select at least one message on the "Offers" tab, then you can select "All" messages, but it's limited to just the 100 messages in your current list. I would like to nuke them all, from all time, similar to how Delete all Spam was on the old UI.
What's even more troubling is that I can select the Offer messages and delete them 100 at a time, but…

Let us opt out of planner
On the PLANNER- For God's sake at least let us be able to take stuff OFF of the planner. Your AI is getting all the stuff wrong. It's a headache and very stressful.

Bug: Disabling AI Message Summaries toggle does not work (stuck on generic previews)
I turned off the "Message summaries" toggle in Settings, but my inbox won't revert to normal. It is stuck showing generic AI text like "Linkedin has sent you job alerts for..." instead of the actual company and role details.
I have already tried:
1, Turning the toggle on and off again.
Hard-refreshing the browser (Ctrl+F5).
Logging completely out and logging back in.
The UI says it is turned off, but the inbox is completely failing to update. Please fix this caching issue!

Errors with yahoo mail on Sep 2nd and Sep 9th
Hi, I am unable to open emails received on Sep 2nd and Sep 9th. Error i am getting is 'unable to load these messages - retry again. Tried all troubleshooting methods mentioned in faq and tried different browsers and ymail app from mobile as well. All showing same error. I am having 200Mbps fiber network and my mohile is 5G with over 300Mbps. This is the first time i had encountered issues with yahoo mail after using it for so long. Appreciate if you could help to fix the mail access issue. Tq. kr/-

Please fix this error
Suddenly, in the Sent folder, the program won't let me move several emails into a single/related folder. I must click on each individually and find it in my folders list to move them. There's no link on a menu above the list to move/select. There is no menu at all above the list in Sent view (at least).

Missing Emails
I know for sure I've missed some emails sent to me. I reported this about a mont ago, but this morning, a recruiter called and as we speak he sent me an email but I was not receiving the email!
Please look into my email accounts: I've 2 of them. Appreciate your help ASAP.

Fix "search" doesn't find existing folders, can't move messages.
Search doesn't bring up all existing folders to move messages to.

AI Generated Digest of SPAM folder
An AI generated daily summary or report of messages routed to Spam by sender, subject, or theme. I have to manually search SPAM folder for legitmate insights. AI could summarize daily and I could glance at that detail much easier.

Read email and unread emails.
You could have included a read emails so I know then that emails I have marked as read are no longer needing to be read. It's very confusing when you leave out important things that are used ona daily basis. I cannot tell what email I've read and which are unread and too much space is given to the box on the side for ads so less space for emails.This after all what the page is about EMAILS ads are only money makers for you and unimportant to

The functionality of the new Yahoo email seems to deteriorate minute-by-minute
The function buttons for checked messages has disappeared; fix this please. (So I check a bunch of messages to move or delete or whatever and now I can't, but must go to each message and do each one individually).
Also, the interspersed ADs that look like emails are too numerous and are obnoxious. The whole design of the email system is hard to read, hard to use, and wastes my time. It is thoroughly bad. Yuck. -
