2. Infinite Scroll to Next Email

   Absolutely HATE the new feature that concerns scrolling inside of an email and automatically loads the next email. Dozens of times already have read an email, then go to hit the delete key only to realize the next unread email has been loaded and is now in the trash can.

3. From field not available on Reply/Forward

   ISSUES:

   1. REPLY does not allow you to change the FROM email (it is not even visible). This is a problem if you have multiple emails.

   2. The FORWARD has the same issue as above.

   Both of these are an option on the old version of Yahoo. This is forcing me to copy and paste the entire email and create a new one.

4. see below

   not liking the new email format. I don't feel it's user friendly. I've been trying to email files to my CPA and it keeps saying not the correct format. However if I send the files from my husband's email and NO Problem. I want the old format back, a lot more user friendly. Not Impressed!!!

5. Delete all offers

   I would like to delete all "Offers". The UI is really weird for this. If you select "All", then you are no longer targeting offers. With the new UI, you have to select at least one message on the "Offers" tab, then you can select "All" messages, but it's limited to just the 100 messages in your current list. I would like to nuke them all, from all time, similar to how Delete all Spam was on the old UI.

   What's even more troubling is that I can select the Offer messages and delete them 100 at a time, but then the Delete message response has said 200, or 300 messages were delete. So, how many messages were actually deleted? And, which ones? You guys might want to roll the new UI back until you fix this bug. Losing important messages would be very bad.

6. Let us opt out of planner

   On the PLANNER- For God's sake at least let us be able to take stuff OFF of the planner. Your AI is getting all the stuff wrong. It's a headache and very stressful.

7. Current Open Email Indicator Bar

   When i am reading my emails with my inbox or folder on the left and the email on the right of the screen, the only indicator on the left in the list of emails of which one I am currently reading is a small, slim purple bar on the right of the email subject and first line card. This little purple bar gets partially covered by the scroll up and down bar when not hovering over it and is completely covered by it if you start using the scroll bar. My preference would be that you make the purple bar currently-reading indicator a little wider and at least move to the left-hand side of the message, I would also be fine if the purple line was on both sides of the message

8. Don't advertise virus infected ads

   My Yahoo mail is showing an Ad indicating it is coming from McAfee.com that says "Payment has failed". It is an obvious scam intending to infect my computer. Use AI to come up with better software to prevent obvious scams from coming into a users InBox.

9. Sort by Sender does not stay intact; list pops

   When sorting by sender, the sort does not remain after taking any action, ie opening an email, moving to a folder, deleting, etc. It always goes back to sorting by Newest. I have to resort by sender every time i do anything. This is extremely frustrating and time consuming.
   
   In addition, once I do resort, the email list pops back to the top and i have to scroll down to the place i was. Every. single. time. I've gotten to the point i just drag to the bottom and hold it while the unending amount of ads on the right refresh. This happens 2 to 4 times each time so after i resort and scroll down to my spot, it pops/refreshes back to the top. i know i said it already but so very frustrating and time consuming!

10. Automatically show editable "Subject" lines when replying/forwarding an email

    When replying/forwarding an email I can't edit the subject line or CC/BCC lines without having to click a little arrow next to the "to" line and selecting "edit subject" or "edit BCC and CC".

    It's confusing when the subject line is already large and bold at the top of the email, but I can't click on it to edit. Instead I have to go hunting around for how to edit it.

    Mail, that I send to myself, I can't even view, because of possible viruses. This is a taking security a little over board. By now everyone should know tnot to open mail, when they don't know the sender. However, you would let me download the email, so, if a virus is in the mail, it would be ok, having it on my computer. 15. MAKE THE CHECKBOX AREA BIGGER

    Please, for the love of god, make the checkbox are bigger. The only use for the area left of the purple unread dot is to select messages. Yet if I miss the checkbox by 1 pixel, it opens the message I want to select for deletion. I get too many emails I don't want to read everyday. Make it easy for me to delete them.

    Could you make the delete all emails an actual working function? I can only delete them 100 at a time- when I choose to delete all option it deletes NOTHING. It's been like this for years. I am just confused why you have a delete all option if it does not work, especially since I pay for premium. Anyway, just an idea.

20. Slow Performance

    Slow/sluggish performance within the past 2 months. Both for the desktop and mobile app. More sluggish performance noted on the andriod mobile app. Not sure what changed. Before it used to be nearly seamless switching from folder to folder. Now, I cannot tell if the application is locked up and crashed or it is just being sluggish with the way the speed it takes to switch from folder to folder. This is very annoying. Its only email and not some movie. If the slowness is due to Yahoo trying to add AI or something to better crawl our e-mails, get rid of it and turn it off.
