UI changes feedback
Please review gmail/outlook web ui for usability.
The new Yahoo UI is like 1990's reversion and looking at a 720p screen, no human factors considerations, optimized for ads and ai.
I embrace progressive change, not poorly designed, dumbed down ui when users are clearly looking for more.
costomabilty is king. Apple abandoned dumbing down the UI 15 years ago, Microsoft relearned that over the past 2 years as well.
Embrace customer feedback and do your homework!
