Make Trash and Spam Folders More Accessible
why make things harder to access? there's plenty of room in the left menu bar for those to be openly accessible.

Your main page could be more user friendly. Specifically, above the email preview are icons for reply, forward, mark as unread, star and delete, but then you have to click the three dot drop down menu to see icons for archive, print, view raw message, mark as spam, and move. You could easily fit these icons into the space next to the three dots so you could access them with one click. An easy change, but it would make wading through my emails so much easier.

Stop hiding the spam and trash folders!!!!!!! Bring them back to the main folder listing.

Neither Trash nor Spam folders show on the left hand side (as they did before your ... improvement). This means lost time and extra clicks to check the trash folder or to review the spam folder.... (and where is the trashcan icon for easy deletion? NOT AN IMPROVEMENT

show me trash and spam folders without going thru the hassle of clicking the 3 dot menu to expand

It's commonplace to have a message get diverted to the Spam folder by accident. Now, I have to do multiple clicks to get to it, instead of the old system that had the folder visible at all times. A REALLY bad change!!!

I dont like in the new version of YahooMail that I dont see the spam folder, because it is in the "..." menu, which I have to click if I want to see it. Its not practical at all. Many times I get emails in the spam folder that are not spam emails in reality, but I have to check every time because of this issue. Also I think that the spam folder should be highlighted if there are new emails in it. This thing was badly solved in the old version of the Yahoo Mail too.
I hope someone reads this so Yahoo Mail could get more efficient, practical and better for all users.
Thanks.

The old mail had direct access to spam & trash, which i regularly access but you have to navigate it on the new mail and you cant empty the trash or spam like you do on the old mailbox.

I'd like to provide feedback on the recent change in the Yahoo Mail layout: hiding the Trash and Spam folders behind three dots at the bottom of the folder list.
This design is problematic because these folders are essential for email management. Users often check the Spam folder for false positives and visit the Trash to recover deleted emails. Concealing these folders adds unnecessary steps and slows down workflow without any clear benefit.
Overall, this change seems arbitrary and negatively impacts usability.

Keep Trash folder in top along with Inbox, Sent, Draft, as was in earlier mail version. Otherwise, to get to Trash, one has to go all the way down past all folders to open 3 dots to get to Trash folder! It was much convenient when grouped on top to find accidentally deleted mails.
Thanks. -

It would be nice to be able to (Edit) the left side menu, and be able to add (Trash) or (Spam) etc. Along with being able to put options that you don't use that often in the ( . . . ) 3 dots menu, like (Starred) and (Sent) etc.
Also being able put the (Mailboxes) back up on the top of the left side menu, where we are used to seeing it.
You're welcome! -

I cannot add the spam folder back into the list of folders. Sometimes emails go to spam accidentally and I want to check it but it is a hassle to try and find it. Change this please

I'd like to have an option to keep the objects under "More" in the left hand column (Unread, Archive, Spam, Trash) always visible. I don't see a way to do that now.

Why did you move the Trash and Spam folders into a section where we cannot see them in the home window when looking at mail. Kind of annoying.

This is ludicrous, PUT the trash & spam delete ALL back at the top of the page. I want my OLD yahoo back & it looks like I'm NOT the only one.

I can't believe that you're not going to keep the Trash and Spam folders at the top!!! PLEASE put them back.

I'm desperate to know what the developer was thinking by hiding the trash and spam folders when the sidebar has plenty of room to accommodate them and many people still have to regularly check their spam folders for important emails mistakenly caught by the filter. Requiring more clicks rarely improves the user experience.

100% hiding the Spam and Trash folders was top shelf ignorance by the designer.
